The most terrifying, and beautiful thing I can ponder. I want to believe we’re not alone in an infinite* universe. I wish to experience a time when we can move vessels from planet to planet and galaxy to galaxy like stones skipping on the surface of a pond. I hope that one day, we’ll move beyond the absurdity of politics, poverty, and war to work collectively towards manipulating space and learning the great mysteries of the cosmos. One can only look at our home in the stars and hope, and I do have hope.
